3. Service Scope
Eatzr provides subscription-based access to an ordering and marketing platform for restaurants. Key features include:
Branded website and ordering system
Real-time menu control and scheduling
Order tracking dashboard
Promo and discount configuration
Payment processing via direct bank transfers
We do not provide delivery or courier services. Eatzr acts as a digital facilitator only.
4. Subscription and Payment
Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually, as selected during signup.
Payments are non-refundable once service is activated.
Prices may be updated with notice; continued use implies acceptance.
Direct payments from your customers go into your linked bank account (we do not deduct commission).
5. Use of Platform
Partners agree to:

All technology, branding, and platform materials (except partner-uploaded content) remain the intellectual property of Eatzr Limited. Restaurant logos, menus, and brand visuals remain the property of the restaurant.
7. Platform Availability
We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for any temporary outages, technical issues, or external disruptions (e.g., hosting downtime, payment processor issues).
8. Data Protection

9. Cancellation & Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard. Access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
