Welcome to Eatzr.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Eatzr platform, website, and related services.
By accessing or using Eatzr, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Definitions

Platform: Refers to the Eatzr website, partner dashboard, and connected services.
Restaurant Partner / Merchant: A business using Eatzr to create and manage its digital ordering system
User: Any individual or entity accessing or interacting with Eatzr services.
Content: Any data, menu items, branding, images, or text uploaded by the partner.
We / Us / Our: Refers to Eatzr Ltd.

2. Service Scope

Eatzr provides subscription-based access to an ordering and marketing platform for restaurants.

Key features include:

• Branded website and ordering system
• Real-time menu control and scheduling
• Order tracking dashboard
• Promo and discount configuration
• Payment processing via direct bank transfers.

Eatzr does not provide delivery or courier services.
We act solely as a digital facilitator between restaurants and their customers.

3. Subscription and Payment

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually, as selected during signup.
• Payments are non-refundable once service is activated.
• Prices may be updated with notice; continued use implies acceptance of new pricing.
• Direct payments from your customers go into your linked bank account – Eatzr does not deduct commissions.

4. Use of Platform

By using Eatzr, partners agree to:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date information and business details.
• Ensure all uploaded content is lawful and owned by them.
• Keep login credentials secure and confidential.
• Use the platform solely for legitimate business purposes.

Misuse of Eatzr – including fraudulent listings, misleading pricing, or tampering with systems – may result in immediate account termination.

5. Intellectual Property

All Eatzr technology, branding, and platform materials (excluding partner-uploaded content) remain the intellectual property of Eatzr Ltd. Restaurant logos, menus, and brand visuals remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Platform Availability

We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for any temporary outages, technical issues, or third-party disruptions (e.g. hosting downtime, payment gateway issues).

7. Data Protection

Eatzr complies with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.  For detailed information on how your data is collected, stored, and used, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Cancellation & Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Eatzr dashboard.
• Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates our Terms or misuses the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

Eatzr is not responsible for:

• Lost revenue or business opportunities
• Third-party payment failures
• Customer disputes
• Damages caused by inaccurate data input.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you within the 30 days preceding any dispute or claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
Significant updates will be communicated to users, and continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
